Advantages:

Simple operation: one operator can complete the entire alignment process. Place the instrument on two pulleys that need alignment and the magnet at the bottom of the alignment instrument will be attracted to the device automatically. Adjust the position of pulleys, until the red laser ray falls onto the black line of the unit center. The alignment of two pulleys is thus completed.

Various application: a general design can be applied to all kinds of pulley surfaces and installed on the same surface of two pulleys.

Working Principle:

This system is composed of two units. One is a laser transmission unit and the other is a mirror reflection unit. Two units are placed on the surface of two pulleys that require alignment. After the laser transmission unit is turned on, a laser ray is sent out to the mirror of the mirror reflection unit on the surface of the opposite pulley. We can determine misalignment visually through the positions of laser rays on the transmission unit and mirror reflection unit (as shown in the figure below) and make corresponding adjustments, until a good alignment is achieved as shown.
